What do we do with the information we collect?

Who do we share this information with?
We may disclose your personal information to Approved Distributors of Beam Vacuum & Ventilation in order to provide a local service as requested by you.
We may disclose your personal information to third parties in the event that we sell or buy our business or assets, in which case we may disclose your data to the prospective seller or buyer. If we or substantially all of our assets are acquired by a third party, data we hold about you will be one of the transferred assets.
We may disclose your data to third party payment service providers from time to time engaged by us or any group of companies from time to time in order to process any payment transactions made over this website.
In some circumstances, we may have to disclose your personal information in order to comply with a statutory obligation. For example, we may be required to give information to legal authorities if they so request, or if they have the proper authorisation such as a search warrant or court order. BEAM VentSMART Mobile Application
When you register to use our BEAM VentSMART mobile application, customer information will be held on a server provided by Titon Hardware Limited, who will be the Data Controller. Please note that wherever possible information has been encrypted and only non-sensitive and information required for the operation of the App and server are in viewable formats. All traffic between the App and the server is encrypted.
