Downdraught Bench for Dust Extraction
A key part of our client’s process is cleaning down tools and equipment after hire so that they are in pristine condition and suitable for the next use. As a result of this tool clean down, fine dust is created and Beam were contacted to provide a suitable solution to extract the dust.
Following discussions on site with our expert engineers, a downdraught bench for dust extraction was provided into the workshop to remove the fine dust being created by tool clean down. During the clean down process the harmful dusts and contaminants are extracted away and filtered, helping to maintain a healthy work environment. With this downdraught bench allowing for clean down of filters and other service parts it means that they can be re-used and maintained for longer leading to cost-savings.
This plug and play system includes a downdraught working surface as well as optional side, rear and top enclosure.
A full system set up and detailed demonstration was provided to the client at the time of delivery.
